How to stop ClaimParrot marketing and outreach emails, and which service emails you will still receive while you use ClaimParrot.

Stop marketing and outreach emails
Reply "unsubscribe" or "no thanks" to any ClaimParrot email, or write to unsub@claimparrot.com from the address you want removed (or name that address in your message). You don't need to sign in or pay anything.
We stop promptly and in any case within 10 business days, and we keep your address on a suppression list so you are not contacted again.
Service emails
If you use ClaimParrot, you will still receive emails about your requests and account, such as request received and packet ready, and security, legal or billing notices. Paddle sends receipts and invoices. To stop service emails, close your account by writing to hello@claimparrot.com.
Who sends our emails
ClaimParrot is operated by KERA Tech Solutions L.L.C., a company registered in Kosovo and based in Prizren. Our emails come from claimparrot.com addresses, sent through the providers listed on our subprocessor page. Postal correspondence: KERA Tech Solutions L.L.C., Prizren, Kosovo. To report an email you believe misuses our name, write to legal@claimparrot.com.
