Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

ClaimParrot is operated by KERA Tech Solutions L.L.C., a company registered in Kosovo and based in Prizren. We aim for claimparrot.com and the ClaimParrot account portal to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and we treat accessibility problems as bugs.

Conformance status

Partially conformant: we believe most of the site meets WCAG 2.2 AA, but some parts may not yet fully do so. This is a self-assessment; ClaimParrot has not yet had an independent accessibility audit.

What we do

Pages use real headings, landmarks and lists, and a skip link takes keyboard users straight to the content.

Everything can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator. Text and controls use a color palette checked for contrast in both light and dark mode.

Pages reflow at 390 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling, and data tables keep their row and column labels when they stack on small screens.

Animations respect the reduced-motion setting of your device. Form fields have labels, and errors are explained in text next to the field.

Known limitations

The Paddle checkout runs in Paddle's own frame; its accessibility is Paddle's responsibility. Tell us if it blocks you and we will arrange another way to pay.

Packets are delivered as Word documents with real headings and tables. Long tables, such as the criteria crosswalk, may take extra navigation with a screen reader.

The fictional sample workspace is a read-only snapshot, so some controls do not save or send anything.

How we assessed this site

Self-evaluation with automated checks (Lighthouse accessibility audits) and manual checks of keyboard use, zoom, small screens and dark mode. Last reviewed October 19, 2026.
